Cut through the middle and you get three practices that are usually three people.

  1. AI automation

    Agents built for one client’s actual business, not a demo: reading their email, auditing their documents, chasing what is missing. Wired with n8n, Apps Script and Python into the tools they already pay for. Up to 15 hours of manual work removed per week, per client.

    Dashboards in Excel, Tableau, Looker Studio and Power BI for HR, sales, health, daily operations and property investment projection. Built so a manager reads the answer, not the spreadsheet.

    Responsive front-ends in JavaScript and CSS, API integration with back-end teams, payment gateways, user analytics, and database schemas tuned for large datasets.

The seam is the whole job. A dashboard nobody trusts is a spreadsheet with colours, and an AI agent nobody can audit is a black box with opinions. The work is making the three hold together.

AI Customer Service & Social Media Pipeline

n8n workflows covering a shift nobody has to work. One reads the client’s history and price list, drafts a reply through Claude, and escalates to a human when the request stops being routine. The other publishes the day’s social posts from a sheet and logs each result back.

An AI agent that reads incoming email, files evidence into Drive storage, audits applicant documents against a checklist, and chases what is missing on its own. Nobody retypes anything.

The storefront for a technology consultancy. Consultancy, data visualization and automation are three different sells, so each becomes a package a buyer can compare, and the path from landing to first call is kept short.

Excel Malang

A learning platform and booking system for one-on-one and semi-private Excel and data analysis courses in Malang. It holds the syllabus, class material, mentor availability and pricing, then moves a student from browsing to an enrolled seat without a WhatsApp thread in the middle. Otiz the Otter, the mascot, keeps it from looking like homework.
